Goose Lodge

This beautiful 3 bedroom wooden lodge is situated on an island overlooking a large lake.
It is fully furnished to a high standard including leather sofas, a 40” flat screen TV with full SKY+ package, DVD player and an Ipod dock stereo and CD player.

A fully fitted modern kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas hob and electric oven, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer, and a range of pans, cutlery, crockery, glassware, wine bottle opener are all present to use.

There is a wooden dining table with comfortable seating for 6 people.
A bookcase contains various books and DVD’s for use during your stay.

There is storage space, a vaccum cleaner and a clothes airing rack.

There is a family bathroom with full size bath and overhead shower.
The Master bedroom contains a very comfortable king size bed, a wall mounted 32” flat screen TV/DVD player and a dressing area, hairdryer and an ensuite bathroom including a full shower cubicle.

Bedroom 2 contains a double bed, a 16” flat screen Tv/DVD player and a large walk in wardrobe.
There is also an ironing board and iron in this wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 contains 2 single beds, 16” flat screen TV/DVD player and a wardrobe.

****Please note that the tv/dvd players in all the bedrooms are not connected to tv aerials and therefore are for use with dvds and games consoles.

This is a non smoking lodge however, smoking is permitted on the decked area and smoking waste bins are provided.

No pets are allowed in this lodge and children must be supervised at all times due to the waterside location.
